Waffles
Makes 6-8 waffles
Ingredients
Dry

210 grams all purpose flour

12 grams of sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

12 grams baking powder
Wet
-
3 eggs
-
1/2 to 2 sticks butter, melted, more means crispier waffles

1 and 1/2 cups milk
Extras: Chocolate chips or fruit
Directions
1. Preheat a waffle iron
2. Make the batter
Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, blend the wet ingredients together. Pour the wet into the dry and combine with a few whisk strokes.
Gently stir in any extras if you're adding them.
3. Bake
Use 1/2 cup of batter per waffle. Cook until desired brownness is achieved. Typically 2-3 minutes per side.
